Porto XL 4 was a fantastic, modern (with aircon), spacious apartment close to the popular shopping street, Rue de Santa Catarina (which is where Majestic Cafe can be found). As other guests have mentioned there, there are 2 flights of steps to climb but they are wide, brightly lit with banisters. Being on the top floor, the apartment is flooded with light and beautifully decorated. Bedrooms have lots of storage and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are modern with large walk-in showers. We really liked the key code entrance, and key lock box as this meant we never needed to take the keys out with us. The location was perfect - a short walk to lots of bars & restaurants - with possibly the best ice-cream parlour opposite the apartment. The river is about 15 mins walk downhill - so just remember you need to walk back up-hill when coming home! Communication with Porto365 was professional and helpful. Highly recommend the apartment and host and hope to stay again one day!

I stayed with my family ( wife plus two kids) for three nights . Although the apartment was not ready at 3.30 pm at the time of our arrival as it was being cleaned , there was a hostess Patriciaatbthe site who was very apologetic . She was extremely nice and answered all questions and gave us a lot of local recommendations . The apartment was on the top floor ,( no lift so good for those legs and heart ) beautiful and very clean. Bedding was excellent . Well stocked kitchen with even some goodies and a bottle of wine . Modern bathrooms x2 . Air conditioning worked fantastic .5 -10 minutes walk from the centre / riverfront . 1 minute away from supermarket and a host of restaurants . Yet very quiet and no disturbance. .Amazing stay . Thank you Alexandre and Patricia .
